What are your delivery costs?

The carriage cost is FREE

What is the Artwork cost?

This service is FREE of Charge

When will I receive my order?

Most orders take between 2 – 5 days from receipt of your approved artwork confirmation and payment unless otherwise agreed. We ask that if you need your items for a specific date, you notify us as soon as possible in order for us to meet your deadline.

How will I know what the printed item will look like?

We will send you a jpg artwork order confirmation and request your approval to proceed. It is recommended that you print out the visual and check that you are happy with the layout as well as all spelling, phone numbers and web addresses. We will only begin printing when we have received your approval.

How do I send my artwork

You can email your logo or text to us at pens@ukprintedpens.co.uk  We require your artwork in the following formats Text can just be emailed, Logos must be as below

  • Vectorized PDF – This must not be scanned or imported
  • EPS or Corel Draw File up to version x5 for PC
  • JPG file

If you are unable to supply the artwork in any of the above formats, please get in touch and we will help the best we can.

How is my order dispatched?

We dispatch the majority of our orders using a next day service through Fedex.

Can we purchase plain stock (unprinted) items?

Most of our products can be supplied without print. Please contact us for prices. We also have a commercial range for bulk purchases.

Can I have any colour printed?

We have a standard range of colours, we dont match colours the colour of the printing surface can affect the resulting printed colour,
